Customer Notification – Corona Virus Contingency Plan


Our priority at Berry is the health and safety of our staff and customers and with the growing concerns around Coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to reassure you that we have strong contingency plans in place to support our staff & customers.


Across our offices, we have gone over and above the government guidelines to protect our staff and as you would expect, we have full remote working capabilities in place with a nearly all of our staff working from home at any one time which can be scaled upwards as required with staff having full access to all our systems to be able to continue to provide full support to our customers.


Voip telephony

The most flexible solution available in the market today is of course voip-based telephony and we are seeing increased requests to provide upgrades to this solution and if this is something you want to consider I would urge you to visit www.berrytelecom.co.uk/voip-provider , we have launched this page to allow customers to build and buy a voip system online during covid-19.


It can be used across multiple sites, accessed by internet enabled devices which often results in better productivity from staff, home workers and call centres, which can lead to an increase in conversions and revenue.


Remote working for our customers

We will do everything we can to help support our customers and add or modify existing solutions to facilitate remote working or in the case of a full office shut down. In reality, the majority of solutions we have supplied over the last 9 years, have varying levels of remote worker capabilities and even if your system is older and lacks the in-built functionality, we can provide network level diverts and auto  messaging.

Customer site visits

It’s always our aim to provide the highest level of service at all times, especially during this period of uncertainty. If a site visit is required for sales or engineering, our staff will be taking extra precautions when visiting customer premises to prevent the risk of spreading the virus. 

Should you require a site visit from one of our teams, please support us by letting us know if you are aware of any infection in your area where in some cases it may be necessary for us to make non-standard arrangements, such as out-of-hours visits for premises in high risk or infected areas.
